Let me begin by talking about how emotional I was when I made my phone call to Killian. I was shook up and confused, and I wasn’t sure what my next step should be. The fact that all of this occurred on my son’s wedding day added to my confusion. After taking several breaths, I gave them a call and said I wasn’t sure what was next. I spoke to a gentleman who was kind and assured me they would be with me every step of the way. It has been a journey, but I am thankful because they held my hand the entire way from the first call to the multiple doctors visits to shielding me from poor offers to my final payment. When I was anxious, they would calm me down. When I was afraid they would give me that extra courage. I give them 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and appreciate all they have done. It’s one thing for folks to say they care, it’s something else to show it. Care is an action word and they’ve done that for me. The professionalism 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟and expertise ✨✨✨✨✨is a bonus for me.
