I was involved in a car crash; one that was obviously the other guy's fault. Even with that, I still got the runaround from a certain other 'Big' lawyer. Michael Friedman took my case and was able to get it settled. The staff was friendly, courteous, and responsive. I was kept up-to-date. They took my direction, and there was non pressure. They pushed when I wanted them to push, and they settled when I wanted to settle. There were no surprises.
