Whoever the lady is that answer the phone , very rude in unprofessional. After asking me , what kind of case it is I explained everything to her , she then cut me off without help , stating that she had to answer the other call .( I have to answer the next call , i will hang up on you ) Wow, I hung up in called back for her name , she refuse to give it to me . But offered to give me a number to someone else who can assist me … why couldn’t you do that before hand !

I have recommended this law office to many people. There is no one else I want representing me then Stephen Freedman. They truly care about each of their clients and their needs. You never feel rushed when speaking to anyone in the office. They make you feel like your the most important person they are representing. Honesty, Trust, Respect just to name a few of their qualities. That's a Rare Gem to find nowadays.
