I was spoken to coldly, was rushed on the phone and didn't get an answer to my initial question concerning his office's process of setting up a consultation to talk about my particular issue. Instead, he invited me to talk about it over the phone. He immediately talked about his pricing and that we had gone beyond any consultation without prior notice. It was terrible service.
