My attorney at Friedman Framme &Thrust Ms. Sharon Phillips who was ask to review a lease agreement. She did just that. She called me and we went over the 37 items on the lease and advertised me in what I should do next. But she also call the better business bureau of NC and we found out the reviews of this vacation house were terrible. She saved us a lot of headaches.
