First attorney, Amber Vargas, was WONDERFUL. Unfortunately, she left the firm in the midst of helping with my issue. The next two attorneys I had... it literally was like pulling teeth to get information. They didn't contact me back when they heard from the opposing party, like they said they would. They assumed I should know what all the legal terminology was they were using, they answered questions with very few words, and then silence. No offer of any contextual info to make their "recommendations" understandable. The second attorney LITERALLY said the answer to my question was "common sense." With an attitude. I had to put him in his place and say that if he'd answered my question just before that, I wouldn't have needed to ask the second question. And it was common sense to him b/c he does this work; not to me, who has no knowledge of the types of matters I'm facing. Essentially, he is very ancient and doesn't realize people can do all sorts of things online these days, and don't have to actually walk into banks, some courts, etc., to handle issues. In 2023! Attorney Amber Vargas, wherever she is now, is VERY HIGHLY recommended. This firm is NOT recommended.

Not at all informative, cold, do and say the MINIMUM to get you off the phone, blatantly don't answer questions, or say the fewest words possible in their responses. Where did all these positive reviews come from? Check other review sites. Perhaps these are fake/purchased/incentivized.

The law firm Friedman, Framme & Thrush was very professional and efficient throughout the process. The attorney assigned to my case had good communication skills, was an excellent listener, and had excellent research skills as well. He answered all my questions promptly and accurately. He was also available to provide helpful advice to help me understand the legal process. I am very pleased with the services provided by the law firm and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of legal assistance. The lawyer was knowledgeable, professional, and very reliable. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience.
