I had a custody case that I was unaware of up until a month before my hearing. I had been searching and searching and everyone wanted too much money for such a case or they were not helpful to my liking. I called mr. Szojchet and he got me in immediately for a consultation. My case wasn’t difficult but it needed to be handled a certain way. He heard my case and immediately made me feel comfortable. I was reassured that he and his team would take care of me and rest assured him and his associates took care of me every step of the way. They answered all my questions day and night, they kept me informed and updated all throughout the process. At no point did I ever feel alone or just another client. Met 3 different attorneys working on my case and they all were informed. I never felt passed or handed off. I truly felt as though everyone in his staff cared about my case being resolved and in my favor. Covid hit and they still were in contact with me through everything. Fast forwarding I won my case through a settlement and I was overly joyous with the outcome. The best part is that Mr.Szojchet did not nickel and dime me or try to take my savings. I was kept in the loop about what I was being charged and I was never over charged for anything they did. He works with you and your budget, he even negotiates anything you feel is unjust in your billing. Bryon and Ashley are the best legal tag team out there. Service was amazing all around and affordable. The team was very responsive of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I had been completely overwhelmed and unsure about my case because I am from out of state, young, broke, and haven’t seen my son in almost 6 months (son's father took him on vacation, but they never came back.) I was referred to this counsel by another in Delaware, which should tell of their value. CustodyMatters LLC was able to retrieve all necessary documents to put me in the BEST position to win!! They were very thorough, all the way up to trial date, and beyond! Ashley was an all-star and effortlessly controlled the courtroom! I had particularly taken the appointment for Attorney Aron Finkelstein and Ann(not sure if she gave me the real name as i asked twice she didn't gave me) the receptionist try to push me to some other Attorney in the beginning but insisted for Aron and she gave me an appointment and to my surprise she called me 5 minutes before my appointment and said Aron had to leave the office and next appointment after 3 days(I already two days) or she can put me other available attorney online. Something important i had to discuss and it is time sensitive. I'm disappointed. There are options out there, and i decided to go with Murthy Law Firm however your receptionist forced me to go somewhere else.
