I had a difficult civil lawsuit against a defendant that decided to lie in court and had hired a very high priced and powerful lawyer for a tenant-landlord case. I had previously spoken to close to 10 other attorneys about my case and most were unsure of a positive outcome for me. Ben was humble and low key in court and seemed to win every critical point and help persuade the jury into a great outcome for me, far beyond expectations. Ben is intelligent, competent, and a nice guy which was the right combination for success. Hands down one of the best attorneys I have met. Honest and humble on top it as well.

Ben and his team of professionals were hired on behalf of my son who was given a citation for DUI/DWI. Believe me no parent wants to get this call at night or anytime. I researched several firms in the Frederick Area. Like any parent should or want to do under unknown future outcomes or circumstances. Do your due diligence but in the end believe in your lawyer and the variety of outcomes.
