My consultation with MUrthy Law Firm(Att Sheela Murthy) helped my spouse maintain her H4 lawful stay.
My spouse I94 back dated based on her passport expiration date and she overstayed more than 6 months.
Our attorney gave us only option of going with NPT but not given guarantee on the approval.
We were in a stressed out situation when we spoke to Murthy law firm. We followed the advise from Murthy law firm and all went well. I would definitely suggest Murthy law firm on the immigration matters.
