We used Diana and her team at Premier Title when closing on our home in Baltimore after an extensive home search. Diana made the title process smooth and painless in an closing process that was otherwise complicated but other parties. She answered all questions that we had without hesitation, responded very promptly to all of those questions, and was very genuine and professional from start to finish. We were pressured to use the preferred title company of the home sellers, but we insisted on sticking with Premier and I’m very glad we did as Diana and her team made sure to represent our interests during the process.
