If I could give zero stars I would definitely do that. These have been the worse attorneys I’ve ever worked with. Super unprofessional, very combative, they made decisions on my behalf that I didn’t know about nor did o approve. I did ALL the work, from printing out evidence to Organizing mediations with my coparent to filing paper work on my behalf in court. And then they had the nerve to charge me an astronomical price (let’s just say it’s well over $4,000) for services that they were supposed to render for June 2022 but broke our contractual agreement in April of 2022 AND ABANDONED me in court on MORE THAN ONE OCCASION. They had the audacity to still charge me for their services that they didn’t even offer. Sent the bill to my collections and caused me to have to pause on other major purchases I was trying to make in my life. Bryon, Oya and Alexander are horrible. I do not recommend them AT ALL.

Bryon and his team at Custody Matters gave me the support I needed throughout my custody/visitation case for my daughter. Legal representation can be pricey however Bryon works with you and provides a biweekly payment plan to ease the financial burden a little. I was very satisfied with the results of my case and would recommended their counsel to others in need of a child custody lawyer.

I had an initial call with the firm and I was pleased and ready to work with them. However they told me they could not work with the efficiency I would have desired. So we had to terminate the relationship. I received my retainer back and I was pleased with that.
