OMG...I just had the pleasure of sitting in on one of Diana's Trust and Will classes. She is so knowledgeable, down to earth, and fun. The class kept my attention and I learned so much. Diana Khan ESQ taught a class on Trust & Wills in Real Estate, which was awesome! She used relatable analogies to be able to explain in simple terms various trusts and about Wills. Before the class, I thought a trust was just for the rich, but my mind has been changed in that respect. I realize you don't have to wait until you get old to put these processes in place to make things less complicated for those left behind once you pass. This class also equipped me to be able to ask basic questions of clients and where to direct them when wills and trust are in play regarding real estate transactions. I recommend that everyone invest in a will and trust. Mrs. Kahn knows her stuff, and I highly recommend that you take the time to contact her for a consult and decide for yourself. This class was invaluable!!!!
