Do your research before hiring this firm. This place is like watching an episode of American Greed. Amber(Paralegal) was very unprofessional. She hung up on me after I asked her why she hadn’t taken care of an issue that was supposed to be handled two days prior. Also The Lawyer I had didn’t respond to e-mails or phone calls in a timely matter. I had to go out of my way to seek information on my case various times. After calling and email them numerous times I was told that i was asking to many questions. If you need more information look in our website. Once my settlement was approved I received a document from the commission. I called the firm to check what was going on and they had no clue that the settlement was approved. It’s been over a week since the insurance company issued payment and I’m yet to receive it.
