RUN! If I could give zero stars I would. For starters, they filed our case IN THE WRONG COUNTY. If it was filed in the county WHICH WE LIVED and not the defendant’s, this would be an entirely different case. They weren’t prepared for our case. We were scheduled for a hearing after a scheduling conference and they were completely unaware and sent the wrong attorney. We were waiting on transcripts, which Bryon told us were paid for.. well we ended up firing the firm once we lost the case due to their incompetence. Our new attorney requested the transcripts from Bryon and he said we had an outstanding balance. We negotiated a balance and paid it, just to find out that HIS FIRM NEVER PAID FOR THE TRANSCRIPTS! Horribly unprofessional and the biggest waste of money. Our outstanding balance said “work” with a monetary amount due. They are a joke. It looks like a good value upfront, but it has totally screwed us and our children. Our biggest regret with our entire case was hiring this firm. If it was filed in the correct county from the start, we wouldn’t be in this mess! 10 out of 10 would never recommend.

I had found Custody Matters while looking up lawyers with many good reviews and I stumbled upon them, Bryon handled my case with care and was such a great advocate for me and my child! His staff and him were nothing but responsive and pleasant and did everything in their power to help us even though the case was a high conflict one. Even when conflict grew, they communicated with me and help ease my worries. Him and his team also stepped in to help with all communication needs. Today after a positive outcome, I am very please with the results and would 100% recommend their law firm ! Very unprofessional. I had appointment with them and when I called they said attorney is busy and they will call me back. I waited for 2 hour and called them back. They said attorney is busy and they cannot take your appointment.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Mr.Szojchet , Mr.Safko , Mr.Goldman and the whole team At custody matters Llc. They are honestly an amazing and well educated legal team. They handled my heartbreaking case to get my son back in such a timely manner. They always took my phone calls or responded back to me asap and I know I’m not an easy person to deal with because I talk a lot but they didn’t mind any questions or concerns I had . They eased all my worries and made me feel like they really cared not just about my case but me as a person (as a mother ). I recommend there services to the fullest for any custody issue you might have. They will also work out a payment plan for you and honestly help you in anyway they can . I don’t know what I would have done without this amazing team behind me for once in a very long time I can breath easy knowing my kids are safe at home with there mother now . “Immigration matters are complicated and have gotten worse over time. I suppose it takes more paralegals to maintain and update records than it takes an attorney to get your case to completion. It is definitely a marathon. I contacted Murthy Law Firm back in 2017 to process the pending GC application that was abandoned by the previous lawyer for the reasons unknown (I believe she took on more management role than the court cases). The attorneys helped me with the initial consultation, went through my complicated case files, and guided me in the right direction. The initial stages of the complicated case was not so good however as the case progressed further, the end result was sweet and as desired. It is an emotional journey where you start connecting with several people. Each one of the dedicated paralegals (several of them) worked on the case with full effort and dedication.
