Mrs. Fleming is one of the most thorough, profound, and diligent lawyers I know. While she is extremely professional at all times, she brings a genuine and caring nature that makes her clients feel like she is passionate about helping them getting their needs met. I respect her honestly and direct approach which makes her clients also trust her judgement. I would recommend Mrs. Fleming to anyone who needed an attorney.

She Calls her self " The Great Sheela Murthy" in the You tube Video with un educated bunch of india IT serve People and claims that she do service for people who are literally screwing the system and what a shame to be part of this scandal - Listen to that you tube channel and see the bunch of idiots(they call them selves IT Serve) asking utter foolish questions that even a 1st grader can understand and spit on there faces for kind of IQ these IT serve posses and the so called "The Greater Sheela Murthy" Patiently address them and answers there foolish questions with great patience on how they can screw backlog people and make them slaves for rest of lives.

There are many attorneys who claim they understand the relevant laws and regulations related to services for the developmentally disabled, but after speaking to many attorneys, it is clear that the majority of these attorneys only know one specific entitlement program, i.e., SSI/SSDI, ADA, IDEA, etc. In contrast, as a former attorney for the Maryland Disability Law Center, Shari is very familiar with the full array of both State and Federal services/entitlements available to children and adults with special needs. This was the critical factor for me in choosing to retain Shari, and to recommend her to the community of families' with special needs family members. Shari was thorough in explaining the relevant programs, as well as the realistic options for our unique situation. Mrs. Fleming took on my sons case when she worked with the Maryland Disability Law Center. I was fighting with the State Department of Health and Human Services over reduced skilled nursing hours for my totally dependent son. I had already attended and lost a primary hearing with a hearing officer concerning the matter and Ms. Fleming took on the appeal. She carried it all the way through to the Circuit Court level. Ms. Fleming was a God-send! She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She kept us informed every step of the process. She was quite patient in explaining to us all the intricacies of the process. What impressed me most was her caring. She worked with us as if he was HER child. She was a fighter for his rights and being a officer of the court I know that her professionalism and zeal impressed the judge. When I remember the experience we had fighting for the restoration of my son's nursing hours I recall a year of sleeping on a futon so that I could watch him through the night and then having to work all day. I remember being stressed and extremely tired attempting to juggle my work and the welfare of my son. Ms. Fleming saw and understood what I was going through and treated us with empathy and caring to a degree not commonly found. Ms. Fleming is a person first, and lawyer of the utmost caliber. I will ever be grateful for having been blessed with meeting her and no matter where she goes if ever I need a lawyer to fight for me she will always be my first choice. This is a fake company at the starting they will show you stars.we will make your case strong we have experienced attorney etc etc but at last in USCIS result its ZERO USCIS will write clearly your attorney didn't provide sufficient documents So please don't wate your time and money

I had a bad experience, but the attorney returned back and gave me another free consultation, which shows greater customer satisfaction intent. I am editing my previous review based on that.
