Wow, this company is literally insane...Supposedly, I had a bill from 12 YEARS ago, and I just got a letter of judgement from the court, saying it was re-instated for another 12 years!!...Nobody answers the phone or my emails, so how am I supposed to even get in touch with these idiots to ask them what this is about??...Definitely calling the BBB on these thieves!!

NO, letter or contact of ANYKIND! Only way I knew anything was that my old bank sent me letter showings doc, that they were trying to garnish money's from old account and I'm 64 on SS with zero savings and limited budget to live on month to month not allowed by law to¹¹ do anyway. They are terrible people! Even if you to work with them to them. Not nice people!!!

Worst ever - level of customer service is non-existent & unwilling to investigate why a payment was processed after being informed the account was recalled from their office... very hard to be nice to such ignorant people!

So I have absolutely no debt...with anyone and I am also on disability. They still stole all of my money out of my bank account!!!! I don't owe this office or anyone else I know money, that I know for a fact. And it's also a federal law to "garnish" wages from someone on disability!!!! By reading past reviews I have a feeling that even though I don't owe them money I won't be getting it back!!!

This is honestly the nastiest office I have ever dealt with. They are just plain messy and don’t care. They send your documents to the wrong address intentionally. Then when you call to ask questions they will talk over you or just hang up on you, especially Ms Cleary. God bless her old miserable soul. Apparently that is acceptable behavior in this line of business.
