Some representatives from this company are very rude and dismissive. We all know we owe or have debt to pay being rude and cutting us off while trying to get valid information just annoying. You would think a company that is going bankrupt would be more understanding and helpful with payments.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Patty and Justine at Klima, Peters, and Daly Law Group. As a collection agency, they understand how stressful financial situations can be, especially when a court date is pending. Once I spoke with Justine and shared my concerns, she immediately put me at ease. She worked with me to set up a payment plan that fits within my budget, showing genuine care and understanding. If I could give these two ladies 100 stars, I absolutely would! It's clear that this law group knows how to choose people who truly care about their clients. Thank you so much, Patty and Justine! Love you guys!

2017 had an account that was paid fully in '22. Employer sends me a summons stating that I was deliquent and this firm issued a garnishment per pay period and will garnish until paid off. Firm NEVER vetted accuracy and caused a hardship.

Customer service representatives need better training. Very rude and unprofessional.

2.5 is the rating. I see all these bad reviews and I get it, but I am going to attempt to give a fair review. Everything was smooth with them at first. I had no issues, they work with you and help you, everyone I spoke to was plesant and they send you receipts and agreements by mail. Everything was good UNTIL I received a default letter in the mail. Mind you, I received this default letter THE SAME DAY I RECEIVED MY PAYMENT RECEIPT. This made absolutely no sense to me as how can I default when I am paying you every month, more than the agreed upon amount. I called them, and found out THEY HAD NO RECORD OF THE CURRENT AGREED UPON MONTHLY AMOUNT! The representative I was speaking to was rude and dismissive. I asked to speak to the manager, I can't remember his name, but he was cool, and we got everything straight with the account. The customer service reps you deal with are the problem. Some are good, the ones that are bad are extremely bad. They can be rude, and they don't always update the account when you ask them to. Because they work for the company the company gets a bad rep and rightly so.

I talked to Kevin this morning to set up a payment plan. He was amazing very nice and helped me set up an arrangement, it literally took 5 mins. Please give them a chance some of these reviews are definitely not accurate. Relax and give them a call. Thank you so much Kevin.

Without a doubt the most unprofessional place I have EVER talked to. Tried to work with them and the scumbag Jewel that I talked to is a piece of work! They will not work with you, the interupt you at every word. Then proceed to tell me to stop talking, I am not the person you want to be rude to! How these POS's are still in business and an operating firm of ANY KIND is beyond me! You offer them a FAIR amount to settle a debt, they will not hear it. Someone should report them to the BBB for unprofessionalism and hopefully the trash that is working there is out of work VERY SOON. If by ANY MEANS they anyone from this firm tries to contact me, you are being warned I will be contacting a REAL lawyer for harassment!!

These people are scammers, they lied to the courts saying that I was served and then they got an order from the judge to start garnishing my check from a debt I clearly have no knowledge of 34 years ago yes you heard me right 34 years ago. There will be a lawsuit coming there way soon.

Wanted to pay my account off. Spoke with Kevin on 4/26/24 who submitted my offer and said to call back on Monday and request to speak with him. First agent said no you can’t speak to him and second agent said no then hung up on me. Guess I won’t be paying this company a dime. Thank you Justine for hanging up on me and saving me money.
