Terrible !!! Rude and don’t show any time of empathy for your situation. They didn’t take my bank . I opened up another bank and they garnished my entire paycheck .

Just spoke with a representative named Craig and he was just in my opinion rude. No patience or consideration at all. I know I'll get the information in the mail but if im asking a question that you can give me the answer too right now then just oblige and give me the answer im looking for. But I know all calls are recorded. I was pleasant and exited the call. He needs a refresher course in customer service
Be glad when im done with these ppl. I feel for anyone else that have to deal with them. Hopefully they will get someone without the Monday Blues

Absolutely terrible! I admit, I owed money to their client and am responsible for that. However, I tried to settle before court and they refused. Afterwards they offered to set me up on a payment plan. I accepted the payment plan and it is documented in court, so now I am legally required to abide by this plan. I call and email them 8 times to make a payment and get absolutely no response. 2 months pass and they file a wage garnishment with the court because I have no made a payment. I made EIGHT attempts to make a payment!! And now am having my wages garnished because they choose to not responsed to emails and voicemails.

Yall have me scared to death. GD Cap 1 demanded that I allow acces to my checking account, and all of a sudden I have these folks to deal with. I paid via their website and now Im scared.

Started off with a VERY bad experience with them. my family received papers in their mail box “serving” me. (Last known address - I moved in 2018. Process server LIED stating he served me. But Patti was very nice, she took the complaint and set up a payment plan for me. She asked ME how much I could afford and what date I could set it up for to pay by. Every month I get a payment coupon which states your balance. I called today because I can’t find my letter from them and want to know my balance so I can just pay it off and be done.
If you call them and you’re nasty they will get nasty back. They are just doing their job. You don’t pay a bill, you will get collections after you. Instead of not paying credit card debts, call the creditor and work something out. It’s better than being sued.
