Extremely unprofessional!!! I called in today to assist my client with paying off a debt. I asked the rep (Greg) if there was a Spanish-speaking agent. My client speaks both English and Spanish but it is easier to communicate in Spanish, which is why he had me call in. I was told there was no one that spoke Spanish and that someone would call him within 24-48. He followed proper protocol and I was told I was not authorized to speak on my client's behalf. Great, perfect, understood. I informed him my client needed to resolve this today and told him to hold on and proceeded to tell my client that there was no Spanish speaking rep and ask him if he felt comfortable speaking in English. In the middle of me speaking to my client, the rep spoke over me and repeated again that I was not authorized and that he would be called and hung up on me! If you are a debt collector isn't your job to work with the client and get the debt paid?!?!? I hope that when my client calls in he is treated with respect.

Once they get a judgement but you make payment arrangements with them, they become very trigger happy with initiating garnishment. It started off like they work work you but as soon as I was 2 weeks late with a payment, they rejected the payment and initiated garnishment paperwork. I have a lot on me and was making the payments although they were late at times. Taking 30% out a paycheck can leave you in a very bad financial situation. They are the worst.

I made a payment on their website, printed my confirmation page. I found out a couple of weeks later that they never processed my payment until I received a letter in the mail from them reminding me to make a payment! Huh? When I called them about this, the rep didn't even attempt to assist me, but put me on the phone with a manager, Sean Kennedy, who was so very rude and disrespectful! He became condescending and would not answer my questions directly. They seem to think that they can talk to customers anyway they want to because they're a debt collector, but they fail to realize that they're no better than anyone else. They should not be in the business of customer service if they can not extend respect, dignity and excellent customer service.

Already paid in full . Has been confirmed. And they’re still sending me bills . I called nobody answered the phone. Kept calling and nobody says a thing and get hung up on .

I have never dealt with a nicer group of debt collectors and no, I'm not being sarcastic. I spoke with someone back in July and had been making payments. That person was as nice as pie. I went out of work on maternity leave for 3 months and was barely paying the bills. The law office then presented a bank holder for what I owe, which upset me, to say the least. I called the law firm the following business day, explained the situation and my proposal to have the bank hold lifted, pay the months I missed, and set up auto deductions from my bank to pay the remaining balance. What did the law firm do? Just that. I have never felt more of a sense of relief and been more impressed that a law firm, of all places, was willing to work with you. Kudos to them.

No letters, no call, no email. I filed bancruptcy and still have a hold on my account. Wife had a stroke, heart attack and emergency surgery and was on a ventillator between Thanksgiving and Christmas and didnt get any notification at all. Checked the judicial website since she worked for a lawyer and nothing. Free my damn money.

Understandable that they are a debt collection service but the customer service ESPECIALLY Patty Alongi.. Very rude. People are calling in with a calm tone no need to be speaking as though someone is taking money from them personally.

I've been trying to settle a debt with these people for about a month now. I mailed them an offer and got no response. I emailed about 4 times and got no answer. I called to talk to Stephen Peroutka but they wouldn't let me. Also tried to settle over the phone but they declined my offer of $100 right away and $50 A month through automatic payments but the lady declined. I'm on disability and have no idea what to do next for now there's a levy on my bank account. I'm trying to make payment arrangements but no acceptance.
