Great company, very flexible.

They lie make they talk over U I'm suing them and they said lawsuit but untrue.

If I could give no stars then I would. They took me to court without notice. I never went to court because I didn't know. I sent them a check to pay the amount owed. Craig Crispen signed for the letter even though he said he didn't and someone else signs his name which is against federal law. They now say they don't have my check. I'll be contacting appropriate authorities since the supervisors never answer the phone or call back.

I can tell you they don’t care how you feel. Only lang they understand is PAY THAT MONEY!

I'd give 0 stars if I could, even negative ones. For 1. Their business doesn't even show up on the BBB website. 2. They'll sue you and garnish your wages after buying old credit accounts about to come off your credit report for good because they're thieves. 3. Don't expect help from them for anything. 4. I now can't afford medical and have to span out my appointments because they took over 50% of my paycheck. 5. They WILL raise the amount of debt sue because, thieves. Mine got raised to 650$+ then the original amount. These people need a class action lawsuit against them for what they're doing. If they don't remove my garnishment after the outn is paid, I WILL be suing.

I AM EXTREMELY INTERESTED IN STARTING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS SO CALLED COMPANY, THEIR ABUSIVE EMPLOYEES ONE MAN IN PARTICULAR THAT DROVE ME INTO A CLINICAL NERVOUS BREAKDOWN, THEIR VIOLATIONS OF THE FDCPA, IMPROPER SERVICE, CROOKED BUSINESS TACTICS AND LAUNCHING A FULL INVESTIGATION AND CLASS ACTION COMPLAINT FILED WITH THE FTC, ATTORNEY GENERAL, AND ALL RELATIVE AUTHORITIES. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AND ARE IN SO MANY VIOLATIONS, I CANNOT WAIT. I SEE SIMILAR REVIEWS ON VARIOUS WEBSITES AND I WIL BE DAMNED IF THEY GET AWAY WITH WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Pressured my elderly mom who is on a fixed income by filing a court order without notifying her. We still don’t recognize or know the person these people now say they represent. I called and offered to pay on her debt and they refused to offer me an official payment schedule, but for me to send the $100 a month in anyway. Their rep was cagey, and in my opinion sounded and acted like a complete scam artist. After calling on my mom’s behalf to offer to help pay off her debt, they couldn’t even provide a date or time that they had contacted her to let her know they were going to sue her in court on behalf of a company she doesn’t even recognize. Instead they got a summary of judgement with no opportunity for my mom to find out what debt or which company had filed a debt claim against her. That’s a rotten way to treat someone who’s is elderly and has major health issues. If I had known anyone would ever try to do this I would have stepped in and helped her as soon as possible, and to make sure I followed up on any lawsuit or court filing she would have ever received. Very shady and in my opinion gives the appearance of an unethical way to do business.

Their collection team member Jules Clary Shawn Kennedy will not let you ask questions after they have said to you their information. When you ask questions about how their checks for banking will be processed. Can I use a card no we don't take cards. How I'm I supposed to know this is my first time calling. Then you are transferred to a supervisor who is not their . You leave messages and no return call. You call back next day get same operator Jules. I asked her to speak with supervisor she transferred me to yesterday. I get manager Shawn Kennedy all he can say quickly rushing me when I telling him about my experience with jules. Well Ms. A that's not what she noted in file. I'm trying to understand how long it would be after the date I agreed on before check go to bank 5days 10 day ect. . It very hard to Clarify your understanding with them I had to say I'm 65 and I'm reasking guestions for my understanding and will I get a letter with this arrangement in mail. Not pleased with this service at all.

On a scale of 1-20 I would rate their professionalism as -50...... After receiving a court order, and attempting to settle, I received a curt, unprofessional reply that it was NOT accepted. PERHAPS THEY SHOULD TAKE A LESSON IN EMAIL DICTATION particularly when a unique situation arises whereby the person receiving the notice, never received it, because of yet another useless attorney......
