Jeremiah Chiappelli was a great lawyer for my case. Most of the attorneys I called first wanted so much money for retainer I didn't think I was going to be able to get a lawyer for my divorce and keep my kids. I called and he saved me!! I did not get nickle and dimed and charged too much!! I finished my case sooner than we thought and got my alimony and support! Totally recommend anyone looking to call for a consultation!

I went to him to help with my divorce and trying to get custody of my children and he did absolutely nothing to help me and really messed me up on trying to get my children back. He was to do an agreement for me and I paid him $600 and he never even typed it up. Now I am having to work twice as hard and pay even more money to even have a chance. He gave my ex a leg up and head start.

He hardly did anything that was asked. Did not file subpoenas that were requested. He was intimidated by the opposing attorney. Did not address flaws in the testimony of opposing witnesses. Did not oppose evidence that was not presented in discovery. An inept failure. I nearly came out poorly. Do not waste your time and money on this attorney. I have done so much better representing myself

Diane was amazing and very helpful. I had went through my first custody case and was frightened. She calmed me down a lot. She pulled through on the day of the case!!!! She literally saved my son’s life. I will recommend Diane to ANYONE who needs a custody lawyer.

Ms. Wessel took on my very unusual and complicated domestic case when my previous council bowed out as they said it was outside of their expertise and would end up being too expensive to continue. Ms. Wessel always kept me informed and explained things thoroughly. She knows the ins and outs of the courthouse and definitely kept me at ease throughout the entire process. Not only were the other attorney's in the courtroom impressed with how Ms. Wessel handled the court proceedings and argued my case but both my father and brother, who practice family law in Virginia, were pleased with the outcome and how well she had a handle on everything.
