The whole process of discussing the parameters and intentions of the will was very smooth. The questionnaire they provided was a good starting point. Executing the final version and the filing was very good.

He clarified any details of my Will that needed further explanation. He also gave me certain examples of scenarios that potentially could happen in certain situations. In addition, Mr. Burgess made sure I truly understood that a POA document would be very beneficial to me in the future. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Getting POAs drafted for and executed by an elderly relative can be stressful - especially when that person is home-bound. Colleen was prompt, thorough, and responsive to our concerns. Thank you for providing an in-home appointment to deliver, explain, and notarize the POAs. We are sleeping better knowing this is now resolved.

The Burgess firm helped my husband and I to draw up a contract of sale for some real estate that my husband had partially inherited, and we wanted to buy out the rest. Tom and Colleen were so helpful and did all the research, met with us, wrote the contract, and made edits for us within 10 days of our first appointment with them. They were so pleasant to work with and extremely responsive via both phone and email. We would definitely recommend the firm and use them again in the future.
