I had a very difficult case when the insurance company denied liability and refused to pay as it was word vs. word. But Alex Poveresky’s team never gave up on me and continued to fight for me in court. We had to go to Court several times to get the justice. During the trial, skillful cross examination helped reveal the weaknesses of the defendant’s case and the defense attorney during the break gave up and resolved the case. I am so happy we won the case.
