I had a complicated case. I had little visual physical damage to my body but also a lot of unexplained internal discomfort and pain. 15 years, 6cases, perfect 6 for 6. Darren is by far the nicest person you will ever meet and an amazing person, father, and husband who happens to be a lawyer. When it comes to his job, you won't find a more exceptional and beyond trustworthy attorney. After 15years, 6 plus cases, we are still 6 for 6 The last case he represented me for was a refund for my security deposit from a shifty, deceitful, money-grubbing landlord. Who didn't want to pay back my deposit after facelifting the entire house top to bottom. Plus backed out of paying for materials and money off rent. 6months later found out it was an illegal rental due to not pulling permits when it was built. We went to court, Darren easily proved the case, explaining all the ways in which she clearly broke the law. However, the judge wasn't hearing it. For some reason this particular judge wanted to go off of hearsay instead of the actual law. After the judge took a recess, due to freshening up on the laws they're appointed to know. They had no choice but to award me the minimum, half of my deposit with the remaining half going to the landlord. You would think that would be the end. Nope, not Darren, he didn't give up, he knew he proved the case 10 times over, so he filed an appeal of the ruling. He didn't stop until I was granted the full amount. Darren Is a great person and a phenomenal lawyer. He always fights for what's right and will always look out for the little guy. Especially when going against large insurance companies who have endless accounts and ways of making sure you do not get paid. If so, you will want someone who's not scared to fight nor settle for the first amount given or for what's easy.
