I used Google to find Hillel Traub after getting issued 2 must appear traffic citations. I was overwhelmed with the situation and based on his reviews it seemed like he was the guy to call. Every review was spot on because I had an excellent experience! I have never had any traffic offenses aside from a repair order prior to this incident. Not only did he reassure me that everything would be fine he walked me through the process step by step. I have anxiety so knowing every detail of what would happen was amazingly helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer for traffic issues.

It's unfortunate that I had such a bad experience with Hillel. He represents Antwerpen Auto Group and refused to negotiate a settlement to what I believe was a clear violation of the Maryland Consumer Protection Act. Antwerpen offered, in writing, to match a price on a vehicle during the ordering process and then refused to sell the vehicle at that price. Multiple times he offered to take a position forward to Antwerpen and then provided no response and now refuses to come back to the table after a reasonable counter offer was made. Hillel made multiple attempts to try and get me to sign away my legal rights and to sign an extensive non disclosure agreement while only addressing one of the many issues that I raised. Hillel and Brian Dolan of Antwerpen refused to allow me to raise significant personnel and ethical issues that I have witnessed to company leadership including what I perceive to be the inappropriate termination of an employee and additional examples of Antwerpen personnel attempting to conduct inappropriate business with people other than me. Ethics concerns are serious matters and I feel that Hillel and Brian Dolan at Antwerpen Corporate have not allowed me to raise those concerns to the appropriate level. Because they would not allow those channels, I have no other outlet but to share them publicly so that they can be known. The result of Hillel's refusal to negotiate in good faith and unwillingness to allow me to raise my concerns is that I have filed a Consumer Protection Act complaint which is pending. Response to the owner's comments: The response to my review further justifies the reasoning for its creation and the continued arrogance that I endured through the time working with Hillel. Whether it was Hillel working independently or his recommendations to his clients, I would not interpret the result of his work to be in the best interest of his clients. His law firm was hired to resolve an instance of documented illegal business practices by employees of Antwerpen Auto Group. Antwerpen now have a sunk cost of his legal services and will face further legal expenses to resolve Attorney General’s office complaints and likely court claims. In addition, his failure to negotiate in good faith has resulted in the public disclosure of his client’s implied admission of guilt by offering to pay the contested amount in full, the clear effort to cover up the illegal activity, and an unwillingness to address the issues via internal corrective actions and ensure that future customers are not subject to the same illegal practices. I would suggest leaving it up to Antwerpen to decide if this is the outcome they desired from enlisting your services and a 5 star performance.
