Was very impressed by her knowledge of the law and her compassion. Showed herself to be aggressive when needed. Composed and unintemidated by the arrogance and unfairness of the judge who presided over our case.

Ms. Heather represented me 3 times, custody issue & child support and my ex-spouse military retirement. And she did an excellent job for me and my sons. Ms. Sunderman has represented me a few times over the last few years regarding Family Law matters. She has taken time to carefully review documents, prospective testimony, and relevant law to provide me with the best strategy for proceeding. She knows the nature of the system and the likely outcomes (based upon the facts, the judges, etc), and is professional in her desire to give you an objective assessment of where you stand if you settle, vs. trial. As a father, I have found her very fair and understanding, I should note. She is also mindful of the costs of billable hours and therefore narrowly focuses on the key issues likely to matters of contention or controversy during settlement or at trial.
