Mr. Ealley is truly a life saver. He walked me step to step over my Chapter 13. At first, I was lost and emotional about it, but Mr. Ealley dealt with my situation with compassion and professionalism by reassuring that 1) I would not lose my job, 2) that I could keep my house, and 3) that I was not the only one in this situation and that I would be OK again! Mr. Ealley went above and behind to secure the payments I could afford. He always made himself available when I needed to talk to him, both in person and via phone.
