On behalf of my family I would like to extend our deepest appreciation to the Law firm of Michael D. Herman & Associates and to Briana Urbina, Esq. for the services you provided us. Hoping it won't be needed in the future, it is good to know that in the event some issue may arise, I can say with confidence that we will surely utilize your services moving forward. My family had been attempting to resolve a landlord tenant matter since May of 2022. We made multiple attempts to come to a reasonable resolution. As the matter continued to be prolonged we felt as though the management company was not interested in settling the matter in a timely fashion. We contacted several law firms and were mostly told that retaining legal counsel for this matter would be very costly and could possibly take more than a year to conclude if the matter could not be settled outside of court. Over four years, there was only one lawyer who took the time to understand the case, and that was Mr. Douglas Wood of Roberts & Wood. The first three attorneys from other firms all talked a big game about their phony magazine awards, and none of them took the time to analyze the case. Mr. wood tried to get me to take a plea without even looking at the discovery. A public defender got my case dismissed on her second day as my attorney.
