Three years ago my family and I were in a five car accident. I'm not sure if this is a law shared by other states, but in Maryland if you hit the person infront of you by law you are at fault, even if they slam their brakes after cutting you off. Being the middle car we were pushed into the car infront of us. Mr. Tom Witkop provided excellent advice on what actions to take, including the records we should keep and what to do next in order to make sure we got what was deserved from our case, especially under the circumstances. Mr. Witkop handled our case in a timely mannor, with professionalism, and was available both by phone and email making it easy to contact him and for him to contact us. He convinced the doctors and physical therapist to decrease their charged prices making the settlement that much greater. I greatly appreciate his hard work and detication to our case and recommend him to both my family and friends.
