Mr. Rosenthal is an excellent and experienced attorney. I suffered multiple injuries February of last year due to an accident. After discussing my case with him, he wasted no time devising a plan for how to proceed, and was communicative from start to finish, explaining in detail how everything would play out. Mr. Rosenthal is truly a pursuer of the truth. He worked tirelessly on our case for over 3 years. Back and forth between him and the courts with all the documentation, he never missed a date or deadline. He always kept us updated to what was going on with the case. As well he was upfront and honest with us in that he would do his best and he felt we had a strong case. The district court ruled against us and we appealed to circuit court, which reversed, and got an excellent outcome after it was sent back to district court for trial.  In my opinion it was his persistence and knowledge that brought about results.
