Top notch law firm! I happily rate them 5 stars and recommend them to any Veteran in need of help with a VA case. They were quick to get the ball rolling on my very lengthy appeal of 7 years. What neither I or the VFW could get accomplished in that rediculous amount of time Bergmann and Moore finished in under a year! Erica H. Was fantastic about keeping in touch with me on a regular basis both to update me on my case and to answer any questions I had. Even after judgement was awarded they continued to follow up with me in the following weeks and months. I was recommended to this firm by the VFW I only started working with them I've been fighting appeals with the VA for 8 years I'm a 70 year old Vietnam vet I have been working with Nicole in their office I couldn't be more happy with her professional courtesy I finally feel I have a chance with Bergmann & Moore. First group after 23 years to file a case against veterans hospitals.these hospitals are not for the veterans but for employees who get 2 and three retirements for working there and yes veterans but what that group forgets about service to vets, but they care now only for there family and not for the people they serve, when this happens we no longer have rights as a veteran, just another number.man will do whatever it takes for there family, but families are made many not just one. If this is not so, why do we have so many homeless and no help. I think if you get caught deceiving vets and homeless vets. They should send you back to war until you get it
