I have been using Mr Bours and his partners for years. I have referred all my friends to him and found that not only does he care, but he and his entire legal staff treat everyone with th utmost courtesy and respect. They are very very knowledgeable and give you an accurate opinion of your options and I believe they consistently over deliver on every case. Mr. Michael is the true expert and the man of the men for practicing the law in DC area. I got into trouble for some case which I had nothing to do with and government put multiple charges on me without telling me details when they arrested me. Mr. Bours is extremely knowledgeable & definitely knows what he is doing. We've spent about 6 months going over my DUI/DWI case, gathering all the necessary information. He was always on top of absolutely everything; making sure I got the correct reports I needed, getting my interlock installed before court, taking the classes that I needed, etc.. His pricing is reasonable & he is willing to work on a payment plan with you. He is also very reliable. I never had a problem setting a date & time to meet up to speak with him. His partner, Farzan, was also very helpful! When Mr. Bours wasn't available, he stepped in & was able to assist me. Everything worked out better than we planned! I had court on Tuesday, May 23rd & he worked his magic!! I was found NOT guilty! Paid some fines & went about my way. I wouldn't hesitate to hire either of them as my lawyer again! (Hopefully I don't need to) Haha... Thank you both for all of your help! I really appreciate everything.

Mr. Bours represented me last year in a case which was very complex and emotionally taxing. I was starting a divorce through a family law attorney when my soon-to-be ex-wife falsely accused me of a crime. I had consulted with Mr. Bours prior to this and my family law attorney had also worked with him in the past. When I reached out to him initially it was for representation on a protection order. Then I learned my ex had placed charges against me and the situation escalated. Ultimately, he won my case, getting the criminal charges and the protection order dismissed (two different cases); But it was his length of experience throughout the ordeal which kept the case(s) moving forward. Throughout the entire ordeal, he and his office staff could not have been more professional, knowledgeable and well organized. He was upfront about the legal costs, but his representation was worth so much more.
