This firm did a terrible job for me in my divorce. . My wife worked for Verizon for 38 years and had $1.7 million in pension funds in 2012 dollars. We were married for 20 years. By law I get 50% of this pension. I got zero dollars. This terrible law firm allowed that I would give up all the rights to her pension. Over $600,000, and she would pay for my sons college expenses who’s going to the University of West Virginia territory . Expenses will only be about $300,000 . My wife’s mother and brother had already contributed over $50,000 to 529 plans which my lawyers did not find out. Her net worth was 10 times the amount of mine. To Summarize my ex-wife will pay zero dollars out of her own pocket for her sons college. I will pay for almost all of it. She will pocket $300,000 (probably a $700,00 in inflated dollars) since the school will only cost $300,000. In addition I was bipolar and my mind did not function properly. Now I have the proper medication And saw what a terrible job this firm did.

This is one of the worst attorneys…. I was shocked by her behavior! She only cared about herself and not representing my best interest as her client! She never told me all of these things that ended causing me to lose my case! I would be very scared to use this attorney! Horrible decision! She is very sneaky! Oh and she told me she knew the judge and would get things done for me … well that never happened! She lies a lot!

Ms. Fait is a very capable attorney with ethics and heart in her career. I truly appreciate her support for me and my child,  truly respecting her professionalism and ethics.
