Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Jim was nothing was "sugar coated". He was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way.

Jim assisted myself and husband through an adoption. Jim was amazing, extremely prompt, responsive, sensible and precise. We began the process at the onset of the COVID19 pandemic and Jim was able to provide a substantial level of care and attention to our case during this difficult time. Jim is always responsive and on top of things. We don't need to circle back with him to get a response - it's the other way around. :) He doesn't counsel you on things that are outside his expertise - he will be upfront with you about that. He is thorough in his explanations and we feel that he has our best interest in mind with all transactions. Highly recommend!
