Mr. Gnocchi was there when I needed him. I was in a self defense situation, and the aggressor called the police on me! I initially discussed the issue with Joe Scrofano, who was on call at the time. I was on the phone with Joe when the police arrived at my home. He was able to guide me through the entire process, and I didn't get charged!! Mr. Gnocchi followed up with me less than 24 hours later and had already reached out to the court. He was very pro-active, and communicated with me through out the process. He was patient with me, despite my anxiety, and explained everything clearly. Just heard from him, and the SA has decided no crime was committed, No charges will be filed! I truly believe that without the help of these gentlemen, and their staff, the outcome may have been very different. Thank you so much!

I would just like to say first and foremost it was an absolute pleasure working with Mr. Mercer. I had an old case from nearly a decade ago that I was looking to get expunged. Mr. Mercer always made me feel as though my case was a priority and he handled each and every obstacle we came across head on and with outstanding professionalism and just fine attorney work. I ended up getting my conviction turned into a probation before judgement (which negates the conviction) and a few months later the probation before judgment was expunged so not only was the conviction erased its now off my record completely. I would recommend Steve Mercer to anyone facing legal issues and I wouldn’t even consider working with any other attorney. Definitely one of the best and I am profoundly happy to have used his services.
