Patrick is an amazing lawyer. He is a miracle worker. He is very efficient and very skillful. He saved me a lot of time and resolved all my problems skillfully and efficiently.

To begin, I am not proud to share that my father made a terrible choice to drive after drinking with a friend at a restaurant and got a DUI (the first time).  My father is sorry to the community and reflecting on his poor decision.  We asked our attorney, who previously handled my mother's accident case, but because he didn't handle DUI cases, he recommended us to have a consultation with Asim Humayun, attorney at law.  At our first meeting, Asim advised us to take an alcohol education course asap.  My father completed the full course before trial which really helped.  For DUI cases, you have to go to an MVA court hearing for driver's license and the district court for the charges.  Asim thoroughly reviewed the documents and the police cam.  He found flaws in how the officer handled my father.  At the MVA hearing, Asim eloquently defended my father and was able to get his license back to valid status with the MVA.  At the district court case, Asim was knowledgeable, was so confident, and so well prepared.  He did an amazing job representing my father and fought to get a desired plea bargain.  I have nothing but great things to say about Asim.  He was always prompt in responding to our inquiries, he was professional, his high confidence level and knowledge of the law and the system made us trust him with no doubts, and he always ensured us not to worry because he was on our side.  Sure enough, he was and so grateful to have had him represent us.  I also appreciated how down-to-earth he was.  He never spoke to us in a judgmental or condescending manner.  I highly recommend Asim!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this law firm. Asim is one lawyer that has me for life! He is great at what he does, he went to the hearings with me and not only was he able to get all my charges dropped but removed from my record as well. The court room was shocked because I was the only case that was dropped by this judge . He treats you like a person not like a paycheck. To him your life matters not your money. As first-time landlords in Montgomery County, my wife and I were unsure on how to deal with a complaint filed against us with the Commission on Landlord-Tenant Affairs (OLTA). After considering eight different attorneys, we hired Mr. Hanifin to represent us and it was without a doubt the best decision we could have made. A former tenant had filed a complaint against us with the Commission on Landlord-Tenant Affairs (OLTA) in Montgomery County. They alleged we wrongfully withheld their deposit. Mr. Hanifin presented an extremely well-reasoned and evidenced based case against the tenants and for that reason OLTA made the unprecedented decision to rule against the tenants and in our favor. I can't stress enough how rare this is and is really a testament to Mr. Hanifin's efforts for making the impossible possible. I also want to add that Mr. Hanifin went above and beyond for us throughout this extremely stressful time. Every time I had a question or concern, he quickly got back to me. He made me feel like my case mattered and that I was a priority for him. Bottom line - we enthusiastically recommend Mr. Hanifin and would 100% hire him again for all legal matters.
