I have had the great privilege of being represented by Mr. Emden twice. Saying Mr. Emden is the best, is a severe understatement. Mr. Emden is extremely smart, quick witted, knowledgeable, and tenacious; he will fight tooth and nail for you in court to ensure that you get justice as he did for me. While I was hopeless, Mr. Emden never lost his composure or confidence in our case, even though it was an uphill battle. Until the very final Judgment, I was ready to accept defeat after spending 8hours in court, but Mr. Emden never wavered. We won even after everything the opposing party threw at us; Mr. Emden did not bat an eye or get intimidated when they showed up with multiple attorneys, objected to our expert witnesses and testimony, and frivolously objected to everything. Besides his skills and experience, Mr. Emden is a very kindhearted, understanding and empathic person, and he will work with you every step of the way. Even after my hearing went 7 hours over time and I exhausted my retainer, without hesitation, Mr. Emden has kindly worked out a payment plan with me. He regularly goes above and beyond to ensure his clients understand exactly what is happening and does everything he can to protect them.
