Esteban Gergely is hands down, one of the top lawyers in the Rockville area. He’s been my go-to lawyer for the past 8 years. There has never been an outcome that didn’t leave me astounded with his work. Not only does he have an amazing personality and fun to work with (which you cannot say for many lawyers), I am always confident walking into the court room with him at my side. He has worked miracles in my favor, which still leave me in disbelief! I recommend him to all my friends in need of a lawyer, whatever the case may be. He has represented me in multiple DUI cases and criminal cases and the outcome has always returned in our favor. I am eternally grateful I found him 8 years ago. I usually do not write reviews, but Mr. Geller definitely deserves this. This is the least I can do for what he has done for me. I used to have another Laywer that I was introduced to by my father in case I ever needed legal assistance. When the time came, and I needed that legal assistance, instead of using my father’s trusted Laywer, I ended up doing some research and found Leon Geller’s reviews and info. I went in for a consultation and by the end of it I already knew he was the Lawyer I needed. I knew he would get me the best case scenario outcome. Mr. Geller gave me the most reasonable price that I have gotten out of all the lawyers I had consultations with. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Above all, Mr. Geller spoke with the Prosecutor the night before the court date, and ALL charges were dropped. To say the least, I highly recommend Mr. Geller to anybody seeking legal representation. If you’re looking for a Best Case Scenario outcome for your case, he is your guy.

Leon Geller is hands down the best Lawyer in the business. Leon was my defense attorney in a criminal case I had against the state which Leon got the prosecutor to drop my case even when all odds were stacked against me and all hope was lost. He is always available when you need him either by text, phone email and in person. He under promises and delivers way beyond expectations. The law offices of Krum, Gergely, & Oates, LLC were superb for the traffic violation I was charged with. I had two offenses — one was following closer than prudently reasonable and the other was negligent driving vehicle in careless and imprudent manner. I spoke with Esteban Gergely and informed him that the officer who pulled me over was much more imprudent in his driving than I was. In fact, he did not turn his lights on until he got directly behind me; and I noticed his erratic driving behavior as he maneuvered through traffic to get to me (looking through my rearview mirror). I merely changed lanes "at the posted speed limit" slightly sooner than the other drivers because we were coming out of an egress lane. When Mr. Gergely saw the officers name, he was familiar with his past behavior and assured me that I would not get fined or any points. I did not even have to attend the posted court date. AND his fee was reasonable. The office called me several days after the court date to inform me that I have zero fines and no points; I was very pleased to learn that information. I will tell all my friends who get into sticky situations like this with the law to call the Law Offices of Krum, Gergely, and Oates. They understand prudent and reasonable.
