Where do I start? When I first got charged, my plan was to hire a lawyer that personally knows the judges and prosecutors. I hired Howard right off the bat due to his reputable background on criminal and traffic cases. My experience with Howard was more than I expected, he has ALL the good qualities you want in a lawyer. Howard Cheris got me off the charge before the scheduled court hearing. Don’t think twice, if you want great results, this is your go to guy!

Mr. Cheris is THE reason I am free today. A 3rd DUI, with a high BAC should've landed me in jail, but thanks to him I came out with zero jail time. I instead received 2 years probation which was the best possible outcome for my case. Mr. Cheris is well connected, responsive and thorough. I'd highly recommend him if you're ever in a bind.

Absolutely the best attorney for any criminal case in the Montgomery county.... Extremely knowledge of the system, super professional and fully committed to getting the best case scenario for you. Not like All the other lawyers who want an easy out. Worked with him multiple times and every time he crush the state. I owe this man my life and anyone would be foolish to hire anyone else .

He lied to me about what needed to be proven to find me guilty of a criminal charge. Instead of asking me if I was guilty, he told me I was guilty. Now it's 100x harder to reverse that decision. Thank you for exploiting your fiduciary relationship, hiding material facts and causing me to lose years of my life unnecessarily and stunting my earning potential for years to come.

Mr. Cheris walked me through everything kept me updated with every court date, he is the man you want taking your case. I never had to wait long in his office if I ever had questions I would call he was there to answer them and when he wasnt his secretaries were just as helpful, BEST LAWYER EVER.

I went to court last week for my third DUI case. Mr. Cheris was awesome!! He got it down to a DWI charge, instead of a DUI, which is a lesser charge. He spoke very well in front of the judge and argued hard on my case. I received a very lite sentence. 12 weekends of community service, 2 years probation. No jail time!!! Get Mr. Cheris for any legal cases, he will help you!! Also, he always made me feel very comfortable and always kept me calm. He is just awesome!!
