I never was able to get beyond her brash attitude. She quickly informed that she didn't have any time for questions since she had hundreds of people that needed her services that didn't require answers to questions. Within one minute, it was clear to me, she was not a person that was able to give attention to any individual case and I got the distinct impression that she was overwhelmed with her workload.
