I am going through a divorce involving custody issues with my 22-month old. My ex-husband has mental issues and lying problems. I am not being dramatic; for example I found out he was previously married with a restraining order against him to protect the mother and child and no visitation with the child because of domestic violence and a situation concerning a gun.
