Raquel (DUI) I was looking for someone who knew the court system inside and out and could get the best outcome for me. With her experience over years, Raquel knew the judges, prosecutors, and also maintains relationships with them. I could trust that she knew exactly how to get the best possible outcome for my case. She is extremely intelligent, efficient, (and good looking) she will guide you through the process step by step. In my case, rather than taking the first option available and moving on with her life, she even spent the extra time to come back to court with me a second time (at no additional cost). Everything that she told me about my case, what would/could happen, and the steps to take to help in my situation turned out to be 100% correct. I highly recommend Raquel for your defense in any matter - especially with DUI/DWI defense.

Raquel Smith literally is the best lawyer ever! She is a true professional that remains calm and doesn’t wavier no matter what challenges came our way. Even when she was dealing with speaking to a extremely unprofessional and aggressive lawyer on the other side she never once lost her cool. She remained composed and didn’t take any nonsense. We reached out to her in regards to a final protective order hearing. Raquel was able to guide us through this process and explain everything in terms that we could clearly understand. She also made sure we were aware of how the case may turn out if we needed to goto trial. She explained that sometimes the other side will say they are going to consent and then when it comes time for a trial they change their minds and take it back. This was exactly what the other side tried to do but because she knew about this we came prepared to goto trial if we needed too. In the end they had no choice but to consent! Because we hired her I feel safer knowing we now have the protective order needed to make sure my family remains safe and unharmed. It is very clear she knows the law and knows exactly what she is doing. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know that may be in need of a lawyer. I know in the future. If I need a lawyer she is the one I will be hiring for any matter what so ever.
