I was very happy to work with Mr. David. He was so helpful with my case. I was very worried with the circumstances of my case, but he sat me down and broke it down so I could have a better understanding with my situation. I was pleased with his hard work. I strongly recommended him because he put me at ease and took the time and patience to hear everything I had to say.

Had a legal problem with my ex-wife accusing me of abusing our two daughters. Report went to CPS and they found me guilty. I lost my job, my home, my career, my children, had no contact with them for close to two years while trying to appeal the Child Protective Services finding. David Martella was fantastic about walking me through the process, helping me understand what was happening and why. David and his team were extremely supportive and saw that my ex-wife had manipulated the system and CPS represented me in my appeal. Due to the Coronavirus there were considerable delays, but David kept me sane and helped me move forward through the long and arduous process. Finally we had the appeal hearing and his expert knowledge and experience helped the judge understand the entire situation and the result was a complete exoneration. All I can say is that if you have any legal issues, David Martella and his team are up to the task. If you need representation, help with the process, and want a fair application of the law give them a call. You will not regret it. They are simply amazing in all respects.

I was in a accident in April 2018 and I retained a shady lawyer. He tried to file a claim and run off with the money. In September 2019 I found out some of the occupants of my vehicle was being sued by the physical therapy place we received treatment. I knew they would be coming for me next. Mr. Veliev promised me that I har no worries and he would take my case and not to worry. And when he said he was going to make things work for my family he really did that and more. He gotten my occupants and myself a nice check right before Christmas. Also I was relieved that I didn’t have to stress about being sued for something I’ve never received. Not only did he correct the deep water my previous lawyer(Armstrong) put me through. But he also got me back more than what I expected. I’m so happy for that. I will be using this office from here on out.

Great guy. He really helped me out a lot when I was a 17 y/o high school graduate who got rear ended. I was in way over my head. It was a nasty claim with crazy details, but he worked some magic. Highly recommend the guy. Complete opposite of the "stereotypical lawyer image". He is very generous with his time on the phone and in person.
