An attorney for all. Hear me loud and clear. At the time that I was seeking Professional advice from an attorney, I went to the telephone directory and went down a list of at least five attorneys before I contacted Mr. Wassers office. Because of the circumstances of my situation which took place in a government building, assuming I had a case, however talking with the first four attorneys left me somewhat wondering if anyone would be willing to advise/represent me. I felt left out. These individuals were definitely not ready for this case. One attorney had me talk with a Law clerk (telephonically) first to see if I Merritt the attorneys attention. Certainly I felt unjust had brought me to seek an attorney and now I’m feeling even less about regaining Justice. I tried one more Attorney... David Wasser. He got back with me immediately... LISTEN to my entire story (did not feel rushed as with a couple of the previous). Nice guy, was and is a straight up professional. His entire staff .. Hand picked I’m sure are quite professional in every way. The receptionist, his assistant Jon (Cool n smart). David during this time kept me in the loop with everything pertaining. He’s no stuff shirt.. you are very comfortable with him. His sense of humor relaxes you for business. He’s also a family man. My Wife and I remain ever so grateful that his office fought for us. Unlike the previous mentioned attorneys.. David Wasser is Not Affraid of the Giant.. (no pun- David and Goliath).. Rest assured that he brings his All when representing you.. And he’s definitely hands on. His assistant Always made sure I had everything I needed - Jon is a very curtious young professional. His office even provided coins for Free parking .. I have a few of his cards and most definitely will and have passed them out to anyone needing a Good attorney. I truly feel that the Wasser office represents getting at the truth. God bless them all. Now Retired ..I keep busy by occasionally working Uber on Saturday night, one of my riders mentioned she was having a hard time finding an attorney to hand a tough situation going on with her daughter. Not knowing what the issues were. I volunteered David’s info.. telling her, I couldn’t promise what if anything could be done, however I can ABSOLUTELY say if Anyone Can Resolve the issue (s) .... Dave The Robin Hood Wasser WILL make it happen. Let me add. The thing about Dave .. my personal opinion is that it’s not just the salary the firm makes.... I think he’s Thrives on Winning... I mean.. face it Folks.. When you’re Good .. Use it. Him Winning IS BRAGGING. So anyway after giving this rider the info, I called Dave to send me a business card for my wallet.. although the years have passed... the Man Still Rocks .... Mr. Wasser has been my family’s attorney for at least 15 years. I first found him when my niece who worked in a Doctors office recommended him to us. Since then he has represented myself, my wife, and my children in at least 5 accident cases. He always keeps us informed. He always returns our phone calls. He did great work for us and we have sent our friends to him. More than that I consider him a friend and a friend to my family.

I love Dave Wasser. At the beginning of my case, the one I thought I would never win, I promised I would say that if Dave won my case.... he did. I was hit as a pedestrian and then got sued by the person that hit me because she said I was at fault for walking across a dark street at night wearing dark clothing. The police report found me at fault. Not only would no other attorney take the case, they would not even answer the phone to talk to me. I was scared to death and facing financial ruin. I was referred to Mr. Wasser he promised me he would try his best and do whatever he could for me. Ultimately by doing the investigation no one else would do, he somehow found out that the woman who hit me had never hit her brakes and that she wasn’t paying attention, and contrary to the police report the accident was her fault for not seeing me cross the roadway when she should have. when Dave gave this new information from his investigation, The woman’s insurance company immediately settled with me for the total amount of the policy. If given the chance you should hire Mr. Wasser you’ll never regret it

I had a case where my daughter was injured, and nobody else would take the case. Mr. Wasser took the case, worked expediciously and fervently, and consistently for two years. I was kept informed of all aspects of the case, always contacted me instead of me calling him. Jon, his paralegal is awesome, and we were victorious! I think Dave is one of the best lawyers that someone can get, due to the fact that he took a personal interest int he case, and does not waver in his tenacity to win. He is a very good attorney overall, he can relate to people, and he even got my daughter to smile and talk to him when even her psychiatrist wasn’t able to do that. Dave is the attorney you should get if you want to win. He’s the best and the only attorney I would recommend. And my daughter loves him.

I want to first start off with saying how much of a blessing it was to meet Mr Wasser. In 2012 i suffered from a horrific leg injury on someone's property. After i was able to walk again, i sought out for legal help. My first lawyer i had declined to continue to represent me. Even though he didn't believe in my case, i knew that it was someone who would & that person was Mr David Wasser. The first day i spoke with him, he immediately told me he wanted to represent me. Mr Dave went straight to work and didn't play any games with the insurance company. He acted in such an aggressive professional manner with them. This insurance company tired their best to avoid paying out. Even to the fullest extent of willing to commit perjury!!!!!! Mr Dave & his Assistant Mr John dug up some much dirt that they tried to bury! Through all the lies Mr Dave found the truth!!! After i did my deposition they were willing to pay, but only a small amount. After WE declined the first offer, it wasn't long until the insurance company called offering the FULL AMOUNT of the policy, and let me tell you it was a LIFE changing amount!! Mr Dave & Mr John changed my life forever. Not just on a financial level but also on a professional one. I've never been in the presence of someone who worked as hard & efficiently as they did. I always received a call with new information on were the case was going. I never had to hound or harass Mr Wasser like I've heard most people say they have to do with their lawyers. It only took a little over a year for my case to be completed. Even after we settled, Mr Dave offered me advice on what & were i should invest some money in so that i don't get "money happy" & over spend. He still calls me to this day!! That showed me that he GENUINELY CARES about me as a person. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer or new friend! i am forever grateful!!
