Jim is always responsive and on top of things. We don't need to circle back with him to get a response - it's the other way around. :) He doesn't counsel you on things that are outside his expertise - he will be upfront with you about that. He is thorough in his explanations and we feel that he has our best interest in mind with all transactions. Highly recommend!

I had a consultation with Mr. Daniel for an immigration matter. Mr. Daniel is very knowledgeable and helpful. He really takes the time to listen an understand your needs. He also, gave some very good advices. I was very happy meeting him. I will highly recommend him.

I was referred to Mr. Daniel through the MetLife Legal Plan (which I have through my employer). Mr. Daniel was extremely helpful, surprisingly patient (for a lawyer) and while my case was not grand at all took me through all the basics and explained what and how I had to do. Highly recommended.

Mi esposo y yo contactamos al Sr. Daniel para que nos ayudara con el proceso de aplicacion a la Green Card. Aunque el proceso en sí es muy largo y complejo, el Sr. Daniel siempre tenía una respuesta para todas nuestras dudas y nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. Aún no sabemos cuál va a ser la decisión de USCIS pero por el momento todo parece estar bien y cumplimos con todos los requisitos de la agencia. Le recomendaría este abogado a cualquier persona que necesite hacer este mismo procedimiento.

I really do not like give bad reviews because I feel that everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt, but there is a first time for everything. To be spoken to like I was by Mr. Daniel is unacceptable especially when schedules DO change for everyone and you ARE given notice prior to having a change in your schedule. I do my best to give everyone the utmost respect but will not tolerate the rude, condiscending tone.
