Jon has represented me in twice and in both cases he did an excellent job. Jon has practiced in the Montgomery County area for long time, and is a busy man. He knows the courts and the judges very well. He set my expectations realistically and explained clearly the documents i needed to provide or that were bearing on the case ( such as the police reports ). Jon has a knack of understanding what will ( and will not ) matter to the judge. His frank, keep-it-simple style of delivery seems to be persuasive with judges and opposing counsel alike. He has a keen awareness of what is a good deal and what is not. It is very reassuring because you feel like he knows what's going to happen and what is reasonable.
