TL;DR, Facing many decades on multiple charges in 2 cases, Esteban Gergely found the best result possible given the circumstances of my case, while maintaining an air of professionalism, and keeping me informed. I highly recommended his services. Esteban Gergely took my case which was very sensitive and serious. From the first meeting, to being incarcerated, to the final outcome, He handled the case in a very professional manner and made myself and my wife feel listened to and cared about. The entire process felt as though it was forever, but Attorney Gergely assured us that things were being handled. Being incarcerated and not being able to have the at-will communication with the outside world was extremely difficult to handle. Esteban, showed up during professional visit times, to keep me abreast of things, even when I hadn't requested or known he was coming. In the end, facing multiple decades of time, and a lifetime on the offender registry, Attorney Gergely was not only able to get me on pre-trial release before the case was over, but the situation allowed him to request and obtain a sentence, which in my opinion, was the best possible scenario given the charges faced and the risks of preceeding to a trial.
