Over the summer I found myself being charged with a very embarrassing offense. I was in Rockville to visit an ailing family member and mixed some evening cocktails with a hot tub. Some weeks later I was notified by Montgomery County that I was being charged with a fairly serious property crime. I needed help. Being an out of state resident I did not know what to do. I did some research and decided to contact Attorney Leon A. Geller. Best decision I made in a long time. All preliminary court contact was handled by him, and I never had to come back to Maryland. The charges were dropped and it looks like they will be expunged. This was handled for a reasonable fee of which I was able to pay in increments, important because I am a working man. I thank Leon A. Patrick Hanifin won my case easily for a traffic violation cited against me due to an auto collision. He covered all of possible scenarios in our consultation before court so I felt confident about the options before going. The case ended up being extremely quick. The other driver as a witness couldn't identify me, and I believe felt a little nervous that I had counsel to represent me. The judge dismissed the case after my denial of the events, and I left within 20 mins. It was well worth the money to have Patrick.
