The law offices of Krum, Gergely, & Oates, LLC were superb for the traffic violation I was charged with. I had two offenses — one was following closer than prudently reasonable and the other was negligent driving vehicle in careless and imprudent manner. I spoke with Esteban Gergely and informed him that the officer who pulled me over was much more imprudent in his driving than I was. In fact, he did not turn his lights on until he got directly behind me; and I noticed his erratic driving behavior as he maneuvered through traffic to get to me (looking through my rearview mirror). I merely changed lanes "at the posted speed limit" slightly sooner than the other drivers because we were coming out of an egress lane. When Mr. Gergely saw the officers name, he was familiar with his past behavior and assured me that I would not get fined or any points. I did not even have to attend the posted court date. AND his fee was reasonable. The office called me several days after the court date to inform me that I have zero fines and no points; I was very pleased to learn that information. I will tell all my friends who get into sticky situations like this with the law to call the Law Offices of Krum, Gergely, and Oates. They understand prudent and reasonable.
