My family found Ms Raquel Smith, Esq. because of divine intervention. We didn’t ask anyone for leads and just chose her on a quick whim. And I want to thank my family for choosing her- it was an excellent choice. When I was accused of falsely assaulting my children by an abusive ex-husband. It broke me. Raquel was not only there to legally advise me, she believed in me and talked to me every step of the way. The criminal case was dismissed because of all of Raquel’s commitment, care, and professionalism (and truth prevailed). The charges against me were serious and the DUI/DWI was dropped. I was very happy with only speeding/failure to obey lane ticket. Next day, he follows up and walk me through with paper work to get my charges expunged.
